July 2022: We've retained and maintained our excellence of education for the 21th straight year in a row. The students are continuing stellar passing rates for the last decade and continuing in state level 12th standard exam.This year out of all 157 of the students who attempted 12th exam 100% of them passed. Not only has SFRD performed top in 12th exams, also in 10th exams as well with 100% success. 30 years of continued success is no simple feat - we appreciate all of our students and teachers and their hard work and efforts

July 2020: We've retained and maintained our excellence of education for the 19th straight year in a row. The students are continuing stellar passing rates for the last decade and continuing in state level 11th standard exam.This year out of all 149 of the students who attempted 11th exam 100% of them passed. Not only has SFRD performed top in 11th exams, also in 10th exams as well with 100% success. 19 years of continued success is no simple feat - we appreciate all of our students and teachers and their hard work and efforts

Womens Day 2020: We want to give our heartiest congratulations to Mrs.Silambi the headmaster of SFRD for bringing pride and for all her tremendous hardwork from the beginning. July 8th 2018: Asia Pacific Achievers Award With Gold Medal Certificate of Excellence for Dr. K. Arjunan for Outstanding Achievements and Remarkable Role in the Field OF Education on the occasion of Asia Pacific Achiever's Summit on Globalisation of Economic Growth & Social Development at the International Summit in Takshkent, Uzbekistan. This is a lifetime achievement for Shri Dr. K. Arjunan.

May 2014: SFRD has retained and maintained its strong quality of education by producing 100% success results this year also. Out of the 112 students that attempted the +12 exam this year ALL of them passed successfully. SFRD thanks and congratulates all of the hardworking staff and teachers along with the students for putting in their maximum effort and making this possible. SFRD takes pride in presenting the place holders for this year: K.Murugan (1st Place), M.Velmurugan(2nd Place), and M.Rajkumar(3rd Place).
SFRD wishes an illustrious and bright future for all of its students. SFRD recognizes and thanks all the staff and teachers involved for their hardwork and efforts for our success yet again this year.
On January 26th, the Governor of Tamil Nadu presented Dr. K. Arjunan with the presitigious Outstanding Service Award for his 35 years of hardwork
